Lindsay Transport were part of the Konvoy 4 Kids event in Mackay, Queensland this year, represented by a pair of Kenworth K200s.
Each year, Konvoy 4 Kids assists with raising funds for Queensland families in need and helping children who are sick, disadvantaged or with special needs get support when they need it most.
As part of the event, a convoy of trucks travels from the Sarina Showgrounds along the Bruce Highway to the Mackay Showgrounds, before celebrating with a family fair.
This year, Lindsay Transport was pleased to be involved in the event with two Kenworth K200s.
“Our two K220 trucks received plenty of attention at the fair with dozens of children climbing through the trucks’ cabins and blasting the air horns,” a Lindsay Australia spokesperson said.
“Many children with special needs take part, and it is truly a highlight for them.
“A great time was had by all, and a big thanks to Lindsay Transport Mackay Depot Manager Dwaine Lister and his team for their efforts.”
